Hi Folks,
Pete Midgley here, starting off the blog.

I've been contacted by Alex, who informed me that we have the same great great grandfather : Ellis Crowther Midgley, onetime Mayor of Halifax, England.

Wow!!

I've exchanged a couple of emails with Alex, and find some remarkable coincidences, notably, that my parents and his gran both live in Filey, North Yorkshire!!

I'll add a bit more later.
